In 2012, I began accumulating IT experience as a helpdesk at the Information Broadcast Production Agency (Polish National Television - TVP), where I spent time gaining knowledge in Windows & Linux administration, maintenance, and installation. I was resolving end-users and system issues, discovering new technologies within the aforementioned scope using Novell ConsoleOne, ZENworks browser, NWAdmin (Novell), and ArchServer (Cogito). On my last day, I was featured in the main news release, sharing my perspective on ACTA (a hot topic at the time) and ways to maintain PC health during winter.
Subsequently, I worked at WASKO (in cooperation with Orange) as a PC&COE Specialist supporting EURO2012. My primary responsibilities included supervising computers, peripherals, and audio-video equipment at the National Stadium in Warsaw and supporting end-users.
In 2013, I joined HP, initially supporting Middleware in the Application Team as a System Engineer. I executed server changes and monitored the environment, covering both Windows and Linux (Red Hat) operating systems. As part of the Middleware Team, I offered client support in application management, uncovering and sharing knowledge on IIS, Apache, ASP.NET, WebSphere, Glassfish, and JBoss.
Simultaneously, I provided software support and development for a small project supporting a document repository, deepening my knowledge in C# programming related to databases. I performed changes in C# based on client requests, focusing on resolving web application issues and discovering new production environment solutions.
Later, for a year, I developed my own application for checking Web Applications as a C# developer within the Software Development Team. This project, written in C# using ASP.NET technology and Selenium, allowed me to explore new technologies and solutions.
In February 2015, I began supporting two different projects. In the first, I was part of the Reporting Services Technical Support & Delivery team, and in the second, I provided Application Management Operational Support. My responsibilities included delivering standard report tasks, creating monthly reports in SQL Management Studio, and participating in live-shows based on operational documentation.
In my role in Application Support, I monitored and advised on proactive actions within the application scope (both C# and Java), focusing on production environments. I shared knowledge on application support for business and customer applications and supported various project aspects, such as metrics and daily activities.
In February 2018, I started my journey as an Application Support Analyst at Bravura Solutions. My main goal was to support a C# written application integrated with an ASP.NET technology database. My tools included Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, RDP, and ServiceNow.
Seeking further experiences, I joined banqUP in 2019. My responsibilities involved analytical work in testing and developing the PSD2HUB API, analyzing API documentation, and managing incidents related to the API's operation.
In 2020, I became a Systems Analyst at LeaseLink, focusing on preparing scripts for moving an on-premise database to the cloud using Azure technologies.
My experiences led me towards Business-Systems Analysis. At eo Networks, I began building my foundation as a Business-Systems Analyst, involving myself in competitive analysis and documentation building.
Since 2022, I work in Medicover as a Business-Systems Analyst, supporting core BackOffice systems with a focus on financial and client operations. My role involves in-depth analysis of databases and interfaces, project documentation, and integration with external systems. I document and share the knowledge among other team members and deliver consistent value-added feedback. I use Active Listening as a tool in attempt to bulding successfull communication.
